Winter Session at Jones Point

A Spring or Summer session when the trees and flowers are in bloom is without question beautiful but all is not completely lost during the winter.  The light in the winter can be really beautiful and interesting and with the earlier sunset is a perfect option for families with little kids, you still get that “golden hour” but you don’t have to wait until 6:30 when toddlers can be……less than cooperative.  Finding creative locations in the winter is key.  This session was shot at Jones Point in Alexandria under the Beltway.  Who knew the Beltway could be so pretty!
